I remember hearing about it from SPAV, I know i was in Optometry school in Memphis. So that would be in the area of '97. Was a white board with a mallard in the center, and the green writing. Ah the places I have been all because of this place. Good times!

When Micah transferred everything to this site, we had a link on the main page that would take you back to the first phpbb forum. Then that little punk kid from TX hacked the site during Christmas that one year, and we lost a ton of data, including the old archives.

I still have nitemares of that image that came up in a post. that kid was sick.

My wife and I can be out and about and i'll bump into someone I've met off the site and she'll ask "how do you know him". I simply reply "off 'the south'" and she just laughs. I can say my skin is a little thicker than it used to be because of this place.
