Mine held 200-225 for almost 26 hours, on half of a bag of Kingsford and 4 small chunks of pecan/cherry wood. It only took the pork butt 12 hours to cook but I wanted to see how long it would hold that temp. I was shocked to see it still running over 200 the next morning.
