Biloxi....$100 water + $100 sewage treatment then surcharge is 2X that= $400... Yet to figure that out?....

They dont have a clue. Last two months mine over $100 bucks and 2/3 is the damn surcharge. Mississippi is what the world will be like with a couple of more obama terms....bout had my fill of it. Theres better places in the world and not far from here.
