Funny that we were talking about this.......I worked with a guy this morning that thought I said Oxberry when I mentioned something about Oxford. He started talking about Oxberry and his two good friends being previous members there and mentioned that this is about the 3rd sale of it in the last couple of years. He did say the last group paid in the 7-9 million range and they now have someone interested in it at 14M.

I noticed all the land transactions in the grenada newspaper over the last couple months. It definitely sold.

What is the story about Old Rosedale Hunting Club? That place has been for sale for a while. Seems like it would be a pretty good area, though access may be somewhat difficult.

Its a great area, access is good. It would be a hell of a spot if you had a few million to burn.
