Sunday after it again ready for a roof. PS I hate duck hunters all of em. Well maybe not all, but more than I like for sure. Everybody loves to hunt, but nobody likes lifting these heavy boards. Millet is coming along good though.

Can you imagine the thunder when all 15 guns open up at a Gadwall cruising through at 20K feet....

What are you shooting that you can try em at 20K feet, or know someone that does?

We can only shoot 12 at a time club rule.

We don't kill many gadwalls, would rather skybust a ringer flying mach 4 at 7K feet.

That's an impressive structure. I am interested in how you guys brush that monster in to the surrounding environment.

Oak, lots and lots of oak. Will take the square panel wire and tack it to the blind. Then hang all of the brush = pain the in the butt. After it is all hung we will go back in a week and fill any gaps, then we will start laying on the big limbs to break it up.

Pic below is a 32ft blind in our timber hole.

What do you do when you have 3 days off work, dove season is open, and it's hotter than a Mexican burrito? You work.

Day 3

Finish painting, build benches, and boat area steps, and put on the tin. Then its time to brush.

There has never been anything cheap about duck hunting, however we may have went a little over kill on some stuff.

Will have a grill, gas stove, cabinets, tables in cooking area, wires for all electronics are being ran through pvc under the blind to keep them out of the way, these are also mounted to a decoy boss, for seating will have benches in back of blind (bench warmers hunting club. I don't play that's why I sit the bench), boat seats w/ pedestals on shooting deck, and the gentleman's ballet pole is being imported from a fine establishment located in Vaiden, MS. Unfortunately due to upcoming deer season, and us having it treated for numerous diseases we are looking at a late install.

PS I'm more worried about the 10 trailer loads of brush it is going to take to get this thing huntable, but I hope we can at least get the pole installed. I can do without eating.
