Glad somebody told the dude to grow up. What were they thinking when they hatched that idiotic band distribution system in the first place? I love to hear the thought process behind that one!

So T Logan Russell must be a member and started that rule.

Supposedly it was formed way back when, and agreed on. That was 20 years ago my best guess. It is something every year from not members not working, members being mad cause nobody called them when it was good, guest problems, shot calling (Tommy Shoulda Shoot'em: should have shot them there. Me: Why didn't you call the shot? TSS: Ohh I was just saying they were close on this end, but your doing great I do not want to call the shot.)

Season is over and we finished strong last 3 days. It will be the something next year. No matter where you hunt, where you are there is always somebody that needs a hug and a new diaper.

Beat me to it. His would be more complicated than that if there was a possibility plus all bands would be his until Dna and shotgun analysts could determine that his gun fired the fatal shots. All to be examined by an expert he chooses. :D If you shot a band it had to be reported before said bird could be moved and a fine of ungodly proportions imposed and bands forfeited if not in compliance. Draw straws for naps not bands :D

He would probably keep it simple and have a "biologist" certify all banded ducks were 2.5 years old regardless of the dates banded and confiscate them as the fine...
