New Place trying to learn the land so I'll give it a 4. Plenty of Woodys, but not big duck kills this year.

'Course I ain't believing anything until I see them with my own eyes over the decoys, and hearing Chuckles12 say "pleaseletmeshoot'im, pleaseletmeshoot'im, pleaseletmeshoot'im..."

Fellas,....... Ducks don't leave your area, when a South wind blows !
They simply use another hole,... FIND IT !
We have had our best hunts,... on hunting the S./ S.W. winds,.... cept for Dec, 23rd and 24th,........ OMG !
Not to mention,..... Competition is way down, on S. wind days !
Hope this helps !
January is lookin bright,.... Benny is right,..... HERE THEY COME !
Rip Em !

As far as seeing and killing birds it hasn't been good at all since opening weekend. The birds that I am seeing don't even look at decoys or care what you do with a call. The only plus is that no one has been hurt that I hunt with so far. Combining all those factors I would give it a 4.

Well my week end warrior adventures have all (with the exception of the about 3 or 4 hunts) had 2 or 3 shy of a limit everytime. ]
And all the hunting with new folks in my new town have been well above par. So, I am enjoying the season alot.
