Well, Citadel fields a consistent 3-8 program and they could probably play Maine and Troy State pretty tight. Guess that does qualify for a "decent football team" for a State fan.

Last time I checked their records they were 5-6 or 6-6.

5-6 is still not a good team. Maybe in ole Bully's eyes but not mine.

5-6 beats the 3-8 that UM will have this season.

Hey, you forget last season, UM went 4-7. UM won one game, the egg bowl, I'll give them that. The other 3 W's were given to them in the 4th qtr due to stupidity and ignorance.

You forget Wyoming game was given to the cowboys with all those interceptions in the red zone. Tennessee came from behind in the fourth quarter. Auburn game was the best anybody played them all year. A real close game until the fourth there too. So I guess you would say our stupidity lost those three four us.

Wyoming won that game fair and square, UM was just too stupid to realize that a WR Reverse Pass was coming up.

Auburn has a heckuva lot tougher games that the UM game, trust me.

Well Ole Miss put up one of the best games against Auburn last year. Auburn ended up winning by a descent score (don't remember) The game was very tight until late in the game though.

more worthless internet clutter....... All Coach O has said about MSU is that he'll treat it like any other game, and he said that in comparison to the Memphis game. He said that you play to win, regardless of the opponent. How your "friend" got what you posted out of that is beyond me.....

I've never seen him post bogus crap, so I'll leave it at that.

2004: 3-7
2003: 6-6
2002: 3-9
2001: 3-7
Check more often.

Last time I checked their record was when we got their defensive coordinator, which was after their 6-6 record.....which is decent and can get you in a bowl these days.

It's not beyond me....they make sh*t up!!

This is just like that stupid crap about O taking off his shirt wantin' to fight etc. at the first team meeting.

If it weren't so pathetic, it would be funny.

So y'all are denying this plus the north ms coaches and rotary meetings he's attended where he dropped the f bomb ever other word?
Nothing like making a first impression at your very first meeting as the head coach of a major university.........."I'm so GD happy to be here".
