Ahh........the joys of being on salary.

Heck, just do as my dad does, keep a tally on how many overtime days you work. He considers his salary pay for 40 hrs, anything after that he doesn't get paid for but takes off a 1.5 days per day he works on the weekend. Right now he's got 31 days built up.

yeah, comp time, they don't allow it!!! I would trust me..but they wouldn't like me determining my own time I don't think....

I used to be on salary non-exempt, and got salary plus OT and/or comp time....now I am salary exempt, so I make the same no matter, rain or shine, work or vacation....so I am pretty much always working to make sure things go right!!!!

But I huge advantage to this is that I have every friday half day and off every 5th Friday off regardless....SOOOOO, kinda evens out! especially during hutning season!
