Well ours isnt cheap and if you figure up the price per duck this year it makes us sick. We have got to find something else.

some folks call it the zoo. Where else can you hunt the break and eat a buffet at a casino and then within 15 minutes be back on the X.

Dont let this season be the example...most everybody had a rough time. I will say that for $450 I killed more more doves, dux, and geese than ALOT of folks with them hi dollor spots, but, next year might suck...ya just never know...play the odds brotha, thats all we can do

NEVER BEEN THE ONE TO DICKER WITH THE FARMERS TO MUCH, THEY WANT WHAT THEY WANT AND I EITHER LEASE IT OR GO ON. I HAVE HAD GOOD SUCCESS WITH THIS, MOST OF THE TIME THE FARMER GETS A FEEL FOR WHAT I AM ABOUT AND WORKS OUT A BETTER DEAL WITHOUT ME ASKING. SOMETIMES THEY DON'T THOUGH. HAVEN'T DEALED WITH THIS TO MUCH, TEND TO KEEP WHAT I LEASE AND UPGRADE WHEN SOMETHING PRESENTS ITSELF.

I WOULD BE INTERESTED IN LEASING SOME CATFISH PONDS OR AREA'S THAT TEND TO HOLD DIVERS IF ANYONE KNOWS OF SOMETHING. THE LEASE I HUNT DIVERS ON IS DOING SOME CHANGES IN MANAGEMENT AND DON'T KNOW IF I WILL BE ABLE TO HUNT. USE TO THE ONLY RULE I HAD WAS I COULDN'T HUNT AROUND THE AREAS THAT WERE BEING HARVESTED. BUT I DON'T MIND RULES, SO IF ANYONE KNOWS OF SOMETHING THEY DON'T WANT. THANKS IN ADVANCE.

I saw where someone had said they were getting leases for 10-15 dollars an acre. That was so far from what we paid its not even funny. Im embarrased to say how much we paid an acre.
