Whats the best way to quit dipping... I've tried candy and that back off(tree bark) stuff LOL

I think as long as i can keep something in my mouth where a dip usually is i can make it.

This is sorta how I feel about my shortcomings:

"Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body. But rather, to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming...WOW, What a Ride!" Tony "Gator" Hunter 1953-2007

I attempted to quit but the dam headache that I would get before lunch would last all day due to lack of nicotine. It was too much to bare for someone that wasn't trying hard to quit. I had that thought I don't got to have it. If it wasn't for that headache I might could quit. I chewed sunflower seeds like crazy for the week i tried my mouth was all cut up. I thought after this duck season I might try it again if I can find something for the headache. I have cut back; one wake up, one in the library after lunch, maybe a mid day, and one after dinner.

I quit several years ago but now am addicted to the nicotine gum. However, my duck call are much cleaner.
