I can pretty much find out any thing I want to about anybody as long as I have there first and last name, and the state they live in or have lived in. This guy has a rap sheet a mile long. He has been sued 3 times and has lost 3 times. He has never paid up his debts when he was found guilty. Let me know if ya'll need any more help!!

OK seems to me like if he has lost suits 3 times and has never paid there should be some kind of retribution that could be taken by the individuals who were duped. like informing the court system that the rulings against him haven't been honored and he should at least go to jail for failure to comply with a court order or something.

Problem with suing a self employeed person is that if they have no assetts you are screwed....this guy lives with daddy and does not even own his own car....hey judge...you could give some tips on this one!!!!

if you have a civil suit to recover monies your only option is to garnish his EARNED income check.... any govm't checks are off limit... hard to collect if they show no earned income.... criminal cases are different..... i may not get blood from a turnip, but i can sure lock that turnip up.....haha....

Just wanted to say thanks to all the posts on this loser. I called about a lease today around vicksburg and everything sounded great until I asked with whom I was talking...Byron Barrett was the response. I knew the name rung a bell b/c of the posts on this forum and I simply got off with him and checked back to see if I could run down a post on him. Obvsiouly, I ran across this! Thanks for helping keep my money in my own pocket and out of his!

Why doesn't somebody set up a meeting with this guy...have him arrested and charged with false pretense? Being arrested and charged enough times would surely by him some jail time in that jurisdiction you would think.

Just happen to meet BB at a bar in Vicksburg Sat. night.He's a big SOB.Dang near everybody in the bar was trying to kick his ass.He ended up sneakin out, but boy did I hear some good stories from some guys in the bar.People were sending him money before they even saw the property.How could you fall for that!!!!COMMON SENSE

Heard the man got one helluva ass whippin about a year or so ago... The story goes that he was beaten by about 7 or 8 guys one day when he went to show someone some land. Evidently he had been set up. Anyway, according to a reliable source, the man was the recipient of a good old country ass whippin' as well as a few blows to the head with a baseball bat. Supposedly he is still "screwed up" until this day from the beating.
This may be old news....but I figured i'd share it anyway.
