Truely sad, that this is what duck "hunting" has become. :?

What about the heated dog houses, and the gourmet cook for every pit ?
Hot tea instead of coffee....
Sometimes you just have to close your eyes, count to ten, take a deep breath and remind yourself that you wouldn't look good in prison stripes... and just smile at that dumbass and walk away.

Hey don't pick on the TW he has got $$$ to spend.  Oh yea btw I have a pit that will fit your needs and if you will tell me what your expecting to see out of the harvest reports I can have them in 5 minutes and they will exceed your expectations.  But it is gonna cost you $15,000.00. No guest and you can only hunt until 10:00am

I didn't see anything wrong with it either - especially when he stipulated PM responses instead of open forum. That shows a lot more consideration than he got in return.

I think it's important to know what you're getting into - and let folks know what you are looking for - that's the only way you're going to find it.......whatever 'it' is. The guy obviously knows there are 'bad deals' out there.

I'm with JKB87 - good luck, fella - I'm sure somebody will help you out.

I gotta agree with jk and Anat..... If you're gonna get into a lease you better make sure you find out everything you can up front, same as if you're gonna lease a spot you better find out all you can about the leasee up front too. I guess the ole boy could have left some of his questions for after he got the PM, but this way if you don't have what he wants you won't waste your time contacting him.

To all the people above me...I don't think you read this tools "edited" post before it was "edited"...

And that is not duck hunting in any way...I would assume a guy like this pays his dues and talks about his hunts back in 05 and that one great morning back in 98 to all his buddies and sounds like a real true duck hunter with his new pair of waders every year and that new shotgun that shoots 12 shots in 4 sec when in reality it will prolly never shoot 12 shots in its LIFETIME and when it gets down to it those four famous hunts he speaks of are four of the seven times he has hunted in the past 10 years

See this thread: Maslow's Hierarchy of 'Needs'..........it's easy to be impatient with others (and the hunting industry's obsession with catering to the 'frenzy'), but this helps me put things in perspective. We were all topwaters at one time.....if we're lucky enough to have grown out of it.....it's not such a bad stage, now that folks are starting to tell me I've finally graduated........

Anat' did ya get a diploma? Just wondering, cause I never received one, but I've always considered myself a very ambitious topwater!
