For someone with my skill levels (I suck at the game), I probably would not notice much, if any, difference unless the clubs were just total junk.
In the article, the guy that bought the putter even admitted it took him awhile to notice the difference between the OEM and the fake.
I've actually never have laid my hands or eyes on a set of counterfeit clubs or balls before, that I'm aware of, so I have no idea what the quality of these will be.
What I paid over $1700 for 2 years ago for a set of Ping G5's (irons, driver/woods, putter, and bag), you can get for less than $250 here.
I don't think I could play much worse and could have saved almost $1500.
I'm anxious to see how it turns out.
