look dip $#!+. I have lived in mississippi for 31 years. I put up a post looking for land in NORTH WEST MISSISSIPPI you said you had something in a county I have never heard new it could not be close sorry that I did not want to waste my time looking it up since I would be paying you money It seems that you would be willing to say in central MS. How hard is that? What kind of person are you looking to lease to. I have looked at some of your other posts it looks like to me that rather than answer folks questions you are a lazy smart ass rather than take a couple of seconds to answer a question. BTW thanks for hijacking my post.

not talking about a fish pond with willows. i am talking about standing oak trees that are as big around as a volkswagon but either way it dont matter. as far as the fish ponds with willows in them they are hard to beat. i killed more ducks in them last year than i did in the standing timber.....

The OOS shi* is played out guys. If you would really stop and thing about what the hell you are saying you would realize your a dumbazz. You make Mississippi sound like it's got everything when it doesn't. It has alot to offer but your aint going to kill a Bear (legally anyway), Elk, Moose, Sea Duck etc in freakin Mississippi. You can't beat Canada and the Dakotas for duck, Louisiana for Geese and Redfish, Alabama for Red Snaper, Florida for Osceloa Turkey, Maine, Washington, Alaska for Seaduck..and on and on.....It is a trade off, people go hunt them in parts of the country where they are abundant just like people hunt ducks in Mississippi. Think about this, are all guide services a sellout because they cater to people of different state backgrounds? I know none of yall ever go hunting with Snapp or go and Kill those Snows up in Ark with a member of this site or want to go to South America with Double R. Doc, I know you run hunt test events all over the South East, do they not cater to you when you are out of your own state? There should be a new slogan for the Grand, No OOS allowed at this event, Proof of address upon registration. Maybe in a lifetime there would be a few put on in MS. Just let the crap go!

I definitely consider Humphreys County North MS. I personally hunted for the last two years within a couple of miles where lipsplitter is talking about and the duck hunting around there is as good as any. We were screwed over by a sorry landowner that didn't follow the lease...but other than that we loved the area. There's a lot of cypress breaks/sloughs around there that hold ducks.......several catfish ponds as well that hold ducks. I'm amazed at the catfish pond remark. I can take you to a place about 5 miles from my office that a few guys just paid 400,000 a piece to be members of a duck club that is strictly catfish ponds with willows.

I agree. I regularly hunt in Humphreys county around Silver City and Belzoni and I've had some of my best hunts on old fish ponds.
