You can sub pull ups or assisted pull ups whatever your ability level allows. The main site is free and if you need to sub one of the exercises you can always post a question and they are really good about giving an alternate event.

Me and my wife are members of a local gym as she is an alumni and we get good deals. We have been going for a littl eover a month and I have mainly been doing treadmill and the other thing that does your arms and legs and glides. But I am wanting to get some tone to me arms, chest, stomach, and back. I have access to alot of equipment and would just like to get on some sort of program and schedule.

Also, go to the left side of the site, click on Get Started, then Brandx scaled workoouts. This will take you to a forum where they post scaled down versions of each workout. You will probably need to start with the pups version.

+1 on this Adam,

Josh and Rusty are both great. They don't follow the main site but have a great program and really know how to scale things for your ability level.

+1 on this. same workout i do every week but swap your routines up each week. Example. say week 1 on chest do dumb bells but week two do the bar wieghts. keeps the muscles guessing and growing if you swap up exercises each week. you don't even have to do heavy weight. i started doing light weight with high repetitions and you can tell big time. i also start my workout everyday with twenty minutes of cardio.
