I have several dozen of the "old paint" style. They are the best looking decoys out there in my opinion. I hear they've taken care of the chipping problem...I'll be getting some more.

$25 bucks a dozen for weighted keel is pretty tempting. I could care less about the removable keel or the paint. If it falls off they still decoy to black sillyettes most of the time. In fact got a pair or dos gris dekes that are so old there is no paint on them anymore. Maybe I'll just have to add a couple dozen dos gris to it this year, duck sausage here I come.

I will be at the Mean Mallard in Jackson on Friday the 18th and Saturday the 19th and will have samples of the Hot Buys, GW, BW Teal, Speck shells and Canada shells. Come by and take a look, I think you will be very impressed with them. Also, if you have an Avery dealer in your area, ask them to see if they can get some samples to the store. They should be arriving from mid-August on. Thanks.

Hmmmm...this is very interesting
G&H now make two types of standard mallard dekes, the basic deke and now a standard 16" with a swivel head like in the cabela's pic. Both are priced $80 over at wing supply.

The news on the Bass Pro XPS, is that they got the paint problem fixed from last year. The Fall Classic starts in 4 weeks at Memphis. If ya'll come to it, look me up.

I got a dozen of em about 2 mos. ago. I think they look as good as any decoy on the market. Paint problem? I'll fix that before it even starts with a little spray polyurethane.
Hey Anatidae, these are the ones you and I talked about.
Hey, I'll pay $25 to watch a monkey hump a football. Can't be out to much if the paint does chip.

The first ones were slick thus paint peeled now they've textured them, especially the drakes so paint works. For $24 could glue the keels. My problem is I ain't buying another decoy unless it's XXXL super magnum. Thinkin about painting some canadas into mallards.

Denduke, how you gonna cut the neck down on them suckers? If you don't, they will be some funny looking decoys.
It'll look like Delta Duck's home made twirlie.
