If you are not in shape for p90x, you can do power 90. It is the foundation from which p90x was forumlated. A lot of the same stuff in power 90, just much slower and shorter workouts.

I borrowed power 90 from someone and going to work thru it and on to P90x. If have seen all the of the beachbody stuff on torrents pages. You can download all of the stuff including the nutritional items.
Everything is illegal now, except for the stuff that's mandatory.

Well three days an my fat booty is as sore as I have ever been. My damn little toe is sore. As bad as a "BEARDED CLAM" as this is going to sound, the yoga x is as hard as any work out that I have ever done.

Well your in a dilemna. If you workout to lose fat, you are going to lose weight. You can try to replace your fat loss with lean muscle gains but if you are woring out correctly you won't be able to achieve a lb for lb exchange.
BTW why would you not want to be lighter?

Because up until a few years ago i was a walking string bean, and I just really dont want to get down to skinny again. I know some weight loss is necessary and I have no problem with it but i just dont want to get down to what I was like in high school, but i guess i could just add some extra protein and a few extra calories to my diet if i noticed i was loosing to much

Your kind of painting yourself into a corner, if you are going to add extra calories and protein, you have to make sure they are "clean" calories. PLus your body is not going to naturally "add" muscle just because you are adding calories once you get to a certain age. You would have to add some pretty serious weight ligting to add real muscle.
Shoot man, nothing wrong with being slim. Chicks dig the bean pole!

Talk about sore, Tuesday night at Jiu Jitsu class our instructor decided we would do Hindu Squats, which are basically body squats but you bump your hands on the floor each time you go down. We did 250 non stop. I am still having trouble standing, walking, sitting on the toilet, etc.
Thurrock got him some of them, he can testify how hard they were.

What kind of work out or how frequent do you work out at the end of the 90 days? Do you go in a certain day by day order on which video to work out to?

Its all included and yes you do different ones. Just do not try to keep up the first couple of weeks and you will be OK. Do all you can do and push yourself but I doubt doing tit for tat with the video is reasonable. It will definately leave you dead tired and sore. That Yoga is bad but you will feel like a million bucks when its over.
