Ok, I did the Mary Mahoney's bread pudding part with the sauce from mudhog's post. Just something about the others that didn't jive, so i mismatched.

A note that wasn't really in the directions of either. Once you take your pudding out of the oven, let it sit for a while. I dug in within 2 minutes and it fell. Had I let it sit, it would have been fluffier. Otherwise not a complaint here.
