We love folks from Alabammy. You just asked a funny question. There are no good/inexpensive duck leases available in Mississippi. Kinda like asking where can i buy a new Lexus for under $2,000.
Bigwater just dropped his lease on the Canton sewage lagoon. Great diver hunting. Shoot Bigs a PM.

Six Shooter and Fighting Bayou. Both places always have ducks and the locals will greet you with wine spritzers for brunch. Very happy to have your tourism dollars at both these places. I hear these areas are strapped for cash with the tough economic times.

Why leave Alabammy when you've got Guntersville and the Sipsey River to hunt?

There is some great public hunting over here, I would probably start with the scatter's just north of greenwood. Do you some research on the public land and go from there but these guy's are right there is no such thing as a cheap lease around here. I have 4 holes around the itta bena area that I will lease out to you, they go for $4000 a hole.

Yep, there is plenty of room in the scatters to hunt. Make yourself at home.

Bamahunter,
I will let you in on three rules thatyou need to live by:
1. Never tell anybody about a good Crappie hole.
2. Never tell anybody about a good Duck hole.
3. Never tell anybody about a good P#ss* hole.
Reason: Because everybody will try to get in it.

Drive an extra 3 hours west and y'all be in the greenheads. All we kill in MS is teal gadwall and widgeon. If you are interested in divers, the infamous Canton sewage lagoon can be leased.
