That's a 5*, first class, Cadillac of a mount.

Did you do the one similar that was in Sportsman's Warehouse, behind the gun counter I think?

Mom told me that if I made a 4.0 last semester she would pay for me to have some birds mounted.....made the grades....I wonder if she would spring for something like this??? Pat, that is truly incredible work..

Actually a "Baker's Dozen" is often a prefered number by many artist, including Les Kouba, among others, as it actually gives an unbalanced symetry or flow to a painting or mount. And since ducks can count, you never use a dozen decoys either as they know they are sold by the dozen. :D Once they get these in their lodge we may add 2 or 4 more depending on their space available.

Thanks all for the kind comments.

13 is great. It's been my boy's # in football and baseball for 9 years now. That has got to be the most cat daddiest mount I have ever seen. I'm afraid I'd have to sell the house to pay for one that fine.
Great work, really GREAT!!

Artists tend to migrate towards odd numbers.......Hell Vincent Van Gogh, cut off his own ear to be less symetrical.........
