Nevermind, the houses there are ridiculous expensive!! http://www.kessingerrealestate.com/Deve ... aspx?id=11
not to mention there were alot of places in the buidling of the neighborhood where they (from what I hear) took shortcuts and are having problems with plumbing and water in multiple locations. I work at Fastenal in Oxford and we supply a ton of those companies that build the neighborhoods so I hear all the talk from all the builders and contractors about crap done wrong. Good suggestions by the other guys and like they said there are A TON of homes that are empty right now and all the builders are trying their hardest to move one so you should be able to work out a pretty good deal.
Like the other guys said, Yocona Ridge, Nothpoint, Notting Hill, Windsor Falls are all nice and out of the mess around campus. Unless your a student like me I would suggest living around the edges of Oxford like all those neighborhoos as if your around campus there are a ton of students who cant drive worth a s*** and speed around everyhwere and if you have kids thats not such a great thin. Plus things tend to get loud if you have students as your neighbors which I doubt you want
