flowood now has resort status. restaraunts can serve anything.

try fennian's or ole tavern. It's always a cool spot for a drink.

Where is Ole Tavern? Fennians always has a...well lets just say an "eclectic" crowd in there. You know the guys that try to act like they are from somewhere else besides Mississippi wearing girls tight blue jeans and the women who look like Momma Cass from The Mommas and The Poppas.

don't you speak that way of mamma cass :lol: Is Ole Tavern in the old George St Grocery building? What ever happened to 9:30 Blues Cafe?

You won't get whiskey at Bonnie Blairs it is in Rankin county not in the city limits of Flowood. Scenery not that good when I have been in there although it has been a couple of months since I have been there.
