What's the p90x diet about? I've got to the point I know I got to do something different. Sittin still all the dang time is killin me. Can somebody pm me some info on the diet. And anybody got a copy of the workout I could borrow or buy?

I've lost 60lbs... Here's how I did it....
I went on a no carb diet...
Breakfast - Oatmeal or Egg whites, took 2 pills of D4 Shock
10am - Protein Shake
12pm - Lunch - Grilled chicken or fish and No Carbs
2pm - Protein Shake and 2 more pills of D4 Shock
6pm - Grilled Chicken or Fish or No carbs
Workout - 1 hour in gym and 45 min of cardio 4-5 days a week!
D4 shock is a great supplement!
