This post was not posted to argue that Lebenese are great people. The girl was beautiful and probably deserved to win but, IMO, she shouldn't have been able to compete in an American Pageant

I had Relatives on Both sides fight in the Civil War. I also had relatives here before the war started. I would say that was pretty American.

So send an email to Donald Trump. The rules don't state that you have to be a natural born american to enter or compete.

So what does having a relative fighting in the Civil War have anything to do with it? I got a 3 great grandfather who fought in the Civil War, Adolph Romero. I've traced my family back to two brothers who came over from Spain (granted way before the Civil War as Adolph was upwards of 40s when he fought) and then traced those brothers back to Romeros in Ireland.

I'm saying My Ansestors have lived in this country long enough for me to say I'm an American. I didn't move here last year and become African American, Arab American, Dumb American..or whatever

O and Unless your native American Indian, They would be the true Americans since they were hear before anyone else

So even you are something American, whether it's 200 years ago or 2 months ago. But then again, your "Pretty-American" being relatives on both sides fought in the Civil War.
