Target Panic!!

I understand where you are coming from. I have been there and done that. I was as bad as you and missed and wounded so many deer this way it was not funny. The only thing that helped me was drawing my bow with my finger not on the trigger and making myself aim exactly where I wanted it and then I would let down and do it again and again. Then I would do the same thing and only when i was exactly where i wanted my pin to be would i bring my finger from behind the trigger and then shoot. It was the worst feeling at first but it finally went away. From time to time I will see this bad habit coming back and I will just quit shooting and then try again later. I am not trully healed from this plague but I am healed enough to shoot some good bucks. Its like having buck fever with a target. Sounds weird but if you have never had this than you have no idea what i am talking about or the anxiety it causes. Good luck
