Just a couple of observations:

A.) Isn't it customary to get the history of a property or an area before you lease it?

B.) I don't know you or your friend, but I'd be highly upset if one of my friends got on the internet and told the world the location and cost of my lease. That's just my personal opinion. Your friend may be fine with it, and if so, then carry on. Just don't want your friend to get upset if he has a good year and mysteriously gets out bid next time.
