Yup, buddy fo mine works for MS Power says it happens all the time. Usually they put a "boot" on the connections .

don't know why it's the case but I have better luck reporting NEMEPA outages through the automated system than talking to a person...put 234-6331 in your phone and anytime the power goes out call and report ASAP

it ain't everyday you get electricity, squirrels, rocket science, brain surgery, flux capacitors, and mechanical varmint infiltration of the switchboard processor all rolled up in one thread.....
