Me neither. I never understood the justification about cooking. As if eating a dead parasite makes it safe and palatable.

Well, you guys might want to quit eating pork 'cause you have eaten cooked parasites there. Aso, cut out the field peas, speckeld trout, amberjack,etc.

It's polar opposite when you can see the damn things when you're preparing the meat to cook. As long as I can't see it....

What do you do about this little fact?
A microscopic form of the disease, which produces no visible evidence of infection, can occur with some species of Sarcocystis. It is more common in non-waterfowl species and certain species of waterfowl.
