+1
Went there for lunch, they were shooting there commercial and shutdown half the restaurant instead of doing it after or before hours. I dont ask for much in a bathroom, but this place was disgusting, no towels or soap. And the food was ridiculously overpriced and sucked.

Can somebody tell me a bit about Taranto's? Can't find a menu - all I can find is something about crawfish.

If anybody didn't know, Vrazele's is now closed in Gulfport. Read an article where the owner said he was about to close before Katrina but he wasn't going to go out like that and he didn't want to take away a food place from the coast during the immediate recovery.

Where are some good places between GP and OS/D'Iberville that have grilled/broiled seafood?

Taranto's is good food all the typical seafood meals no dress code. Best seafood on the coast is the half shell, just north of Hard Rock casino, but its a bit fancier.

Anywhere I can find a menu for Taranto's or should I just message them on Facebook?

I've checked Half Shell, it's pretty high on my list right now.

We're just looking for grilled/boiled/baked. We're doing low carb (25 lbs personally - when I get close to my goal gonna stick to a calorie diet and exercise regimen).

Went to Trapani's Eatery in Bay St. Louis in early June. Had not been there since Katrina did her magic. I like the remodel although some of the old charm was lost. Food was as good as before and still a fave!

Ole Biloxi Fillin Station is worth the time. It's a converted gas station that's about 3 blocks north of the stoplight by the Hard Rock parking Garage (where you south to the rebuilt McElroy's and the Shrimp boat docks). Inexpensive, great seafood within an awesome environment. Plenty of sports on the TV and all of it is open to the outside (lots of fans running). Great char grilled oysters and perhaps the best breading on a fried oyster we've ever had. If you're at the Beau or the Hard Rock, check out the Half Shell for sure but check this place out definitely.
