pintail, yesterday was my last day of 7 straight, history holds that i'm pretty delirious at such a time.
name calling and the like just don't really turn my crank anymore, so, i tend to make fun of ignorance more so than call it what it truly is -- ignorance.
the argument you less than eloquently brought forth, as stated was "en vogue" and almost cool w/ a certain population (myself included) about 10 yrs ago. but, like most things that don't hold water once someone allows education and common sense take hold, it was out grown, over embellished and put in the rear view by folks you've taken so much effort in offending over the last 24 hrs.
you've got it all figured out, and seemingly have found your Holy Grail, good for you.
for me, i'm just gonna sit where i am, kill ducks, and be content in my own ignorance.
truthfully though, i'm glad we have folks like you that seek knowledge "from someone you trust" and bring forth such atrocities.
and to a man, i'm grateful...for every killer, i mean true duck killing machine that will go to the ends of the earth to draw blood and go heel on these beady-eyed bastards, we have 20 folks that believe in the natural order of things --- thus, keeping things in balance and allowing us all to see the paltry few ducks that actually make it past you.
i mean, for real though, i've read your post and IF, oh my gawd IF you were truly cut loose from the constraint that is the liberal season of the mississippi flyway, it's doubtful there'd be a mallard left.
so, you see, DU is ACTUALLY doing the ducks a favor by keeping them up there on their baited fields and heated ponds.................pintail, they are keeping them away from you..................YOU.

I'm not a huge fan of the way that DU manages things, but the topic of this post is nothing but a conspiracy theory. DU isn't dumping grain on the ground to feed ducks.
