There was about 10 folks standing around. He zapps that piece of trash and suddenly there was about 50 folks surrounding him.

Holy smokes! Looks like the tow strap is the only thing that actually hits him. That bumper would have taken his head off!

Watch the video. Bumper definitely cracks him. He get's messed up. The tow strap hit him in the mid section. By some miracle it looks like it only glanced off his head though. Direct blow and it could have been a long visit to the ICU.

If that tow strap had not have hit him low and caused him to duck and turn, that bumper would have probably decapitated him. Lucky, lucky man
