Now thats just the additude that will cause it to effect your hunting. What if everyone had your additude? PETA and the rest of the tree huggin SOB'S would have there way. Eventually it will effect you and everyone else who is a sportsman.

How in the hell do you count 3K a duck each day. There is no possible way you can tell if you have 2900 or 3021. Or is there? I hope I get to shoot one of those clipped toe birds. It may be the only mallard hen I would mount.

How do they do refuge counts?

Example Elk Horn refuge has 76,265 ducks.....Mallard 42,000 Gadwall 15,000 etc. etc.

It's getting more scientific by the minute! A coyote, fox, dog, hawk, cat, or other predator would never take the duck with them. I think it's in an animals nature to leave the carcas in the most visible place possible.
