Stony Brook had one guy go in the first round, one guy go in the third, and 3 more go 10-12 for a total of five drafted the first two days


This may be this years cinderella and playing at the box game one at 11am it won't be anywhere near capacity.... Talked to quite a few fair weather fans down here that are not going Friday.... They all say "it's Stony Brook" well crush them.

No doubt about it Stony Brook can hit. While at first glance Stony Brook would be a cake walk for LSU, not going to be so sure about that. To beat Stony Brook LSU will likely need to score 5+ runs/game, not sure they can do that on a consistent basis. Even with the new bats as hot as it will be this weekend the ball will carry, so we will see. Stony brook has hitters no doubt about it.

These LSU fans have been laughing at me all week, but I've been telling them that Stony Brook isn't going to come into town and just lay down. Plus playing LSU during the day, much less this early in the morning vs night time is entirely different.
