This one is pretty cool, nothing is going to jump out at you. Stare at the red dot on the girls nose for 30 seconds. Then turn your head so you're looking at a wall. Blink your eyes really fast.

Looks like water to me. It's surrounding the car as if it was dripping after just being washed. I'd be more suspicious that a mechanic didn't know the engine is a Vortec, not a "vortex"
