One of my best friends in high school dad was Jack Curtis Jr he was OLD school and was a promoter for midsouth after he retired ...can remember many a gatherings at his house with all them crazy mofos...we used to sell pics ring side for midsouth and set rings up....never will forget one yr we were eating dinner with all of the guys at the Ramada Inn in jackson before a show ...Jack ,Dusty,Watts,Junkyard, Ted ,Dick Murdock,Andre and few others ...they had a drink order come to the table, tray full of beer, Andre grabbed the whole tray sat it down in front of him and looked at them all and with a big ole smile said "mine"...like to fell out my chair ...they were all a bunch of party animals back then....Jack would have a party at his house with guys and we would sneak back to the house to raid the leftovers and grab a keg...kegs were always floating when we got there and those crazy f'ers would be passed out around the pool....those were some fun times...let me say this they were all friends and had each other back But Captain Redneck Dick Murdock was funny as hell and one of the craziest mofo i have ever had chance to be around

This match about had everyone in a riot. You know those guys probably had real fear of safely getting out of that ring that night.

the canadian lumberjack. I remember when he cut his own head with an axe in the interview with banana nose Lance Russell. I might have missed it but I did not see where yall mentioned:
the women's pet and the men's regret, "the Universal hearthrob" AUSTIN IDOL
and
The boogey woogey man Handsome Jimmy Valient WOOOO mercy daddy!!!!!!!!!
I loved it when Lawler would have some trouble with some guys and he would tell them in an interview that he was bringing in some mystery bad dude. You could not wait until the next week to see who he ahd brought to the coilseum.
