Someone needs to organize this. I have done this for the board in the past, but I don't have the time for it now. I am in for $25 but turkey season opens this weekend for utes, we need to know when he is hunting and need to get this going ASAP!

I would say out of shear simplicity, whoever lives close to Newton,MS can get it together. Hell I dont even know where Newton,Ms is! If its anywhere between NOLA and Jackson, i will be traveling that route every weekend for the next 5 weeks. If i can help out let me know

What guns are available in a youth model?

I am about 20 miles south of newton.

I know the Seth Harris childhood cancer foundation is raising money at the present time to build a playground at Blair e batson. They had a fundraiser last weekend.

Im good for $25. I will say that with youth season this weekend its going to be hard to get one, and get it patterned like "we" like our turkey guns with today being Thursday. If someone has the time, then by all means do so. I dont have a kid or a youth model gun to let him borrow, but I say someone let him borrow one for this weekend and lets work on the back end on getting this young man a gun of his own after the fact. Just a thought.

Wow! Guys, I knew that you guys would help cause you've supported us through this the whole time. But I did not expect all this. I don't won't to put anybody out of any money on our account. However, I don't want to get in the way of you guys receiving a blessing from this either. I have had several offers to borrow a gun as well. I know that Griff would be tickled to death to get his own as well.

Just a thought:

I work at Bass Pro and we have the 870 Jr. compact in stock. Everyone that wants to donate could go online and buy a Gift card and have it sent to the Dad's email. They print the cards off and bring him on a little shopping spree for gun, camo, turkey calls, vest. etc.

Some of you guys are amazing.
I've had a bad day and man this has made my day seeing you guys open up like this for this young man.
