Dillos are insectivores, primarily eating worms, grubs. They may stumble into a turkey nest blindly, but they do not seek them out for their eggs. A turkeys biggest predators are avian and furbearers.

Set your live trap up against the skirt of the trailer, parallel with the side of the house. Take a couple of long 2x6's and position them so that they are at a 45 degree angle to the entrance of the trap. Any armored dillers will funnel into the trap if they are walking alongside the house...which they normally do when finding insects around the vegetation there.
