It's going to be a roller coaster ride. She will be glad to have the port, it's another procedure, thus a another "hassle" but it will be worthwhile. The chemo nurses will be really glad to see a patient with a port. Everything's easier.
Yeah, the hair, uhhmmm no perfect solution there, my wife tried wigs and/or hats. Just a hat was the preferred option. Plan on doing a little hat shopping. No biggie, winters coming, lot's of choices and styles for winter, look on the upside. Thanks for the update.
