GC let me clarify. That doesn't mean Webfoot will drop a steaming meanie at 0800. It means that in normal digestion the package should be ready for delivery. 
However, it would be pretty nice during duck season if you could time it instead of being in chest deep water on the second cup of coffee and "Bam"
