for all you trying to quit smoking or dipping, and are having withdrawals and cant quit thinking about, go to your docotr and tell him you want to get on chanitx and he will give you a one month prescription to it and i promise you will not think about it or anything ... i went from smoking a pack and a half or two packs a day to only having 4 in the last 9 days and i actually didnt enjoy them and thought they were nasty.... give it try hell if you got insurance it is only about $30 for a month to try and quit...
A friend will bail you out of jail but a good friend will be sittin next to you saying damn that was fun.

Is that the stuff that they say will make you puke if you smoke while taking it.
Kinda like that Alli will give you the running shats if you eat greasy stuff while you take it to loose weight.

The worst thing is to expect that your desire to smoke or dip will ever stop. It won't! You just have to be determined to stop for all the right reasons.
I lost my best friend last Christmas because he wouldn't stop smoking, even after a hear attack. His grandchild was born two weeks before he died (at least he got to meet her). I lost another friend two weeks ago to cancer because he wouldn't quit dipping a couple of years ago when his doctors warned him. It was horrible to watch! First he lost part of his tongue; then most of his gums and teeth on his right side of his mouth; then his soft palate in the back of his mouth. Finally, after not being able to eat anything solid for over a year and while taking chemo, losing down to about 95 lbs (he played college baseball and was a big boy), and telling me he was tired of the pain and being miserable, God was kind and let him die. Two days later, his first grandchild was born! His name was Johnny Thornberry. He was 56.
Next time you get the craving, think about if you really would rather have that dip or smoke...or live to teach your grandson how to duck hunt and see him kill his first mallard. Hope that helps you fight it!

no beloved copenhagen since june 3, 2004.
I still love the smell. I could eat a whole can right now.
BUT, my two little girls won't have to explain to their friends why their daddy's teeth are rotten and brown or be embarrassed because i have half a face. I quit for my kids, not for me, not for my wife (it NEVER bothered her). I also heard that 1 out of 5 would get mouth cancer. I told my buddies their odds just increased!!!!
I will still chew on a cigar occasionally during hunting season.
