Shot a 9 man limit this morning around Meridian. All greenheads and drake gaddies.

Most unbelievable thing ever. Also killed 14 specs, 20 snows and a Canadian. I think I might just quit for the year.

hahahahahahahahahaha........ if i would not have jus left there from thanksgiving i might believe you...... or if i would not have grown up there i might believe you..... to think.... i wasted all that gas leaving there to hunt somewhere else........ :lol: :lol: :lol:

ended up w/ 5 greenheads 2 woody's and 1 canada goose this weekend. did ok but need to shoot some clays before next weekend.
Life is to short to only fish on weekends

2 guns -- 2 greenheads, 1 drake pintail, 1 wooduck, 1 gadwall. Considering the circumstances was very happy with it.

Saw 1 Mallard in one of our ricefields in Batesville, and some Gadwall in Catfish ponds. Scouted Friday and decided not to hunt on Saturday......sure was glad.

MS opener

Hunted near Rosedale shot a two man limit of mallards(all green heads). All birds came in early and only saw one flock of greys. Not a lot of ducks yet but they'll eventually get here. Still a great morning in the delta!

Fri= 3 hunters got 4 gadwalls, 8 GW teal, and 1 greenhead
Sat= 3 hunters got 1 gadwall 2 woodducks 3 GW teal and 4 mallards(2 of them were greenheads)
Sun= 4 hunters got 8 mallards, 4 woodducks, 3 gadwall and 1 pintail

never saw any ducks... hunted all 3 days.... worst season ever.... DU must be up to it again short stopping them in Canada...
