I make the motion for MSDucks on front, ( with a logo of most popular choice), and our usernames on back (above adjustment ), or over the ear!!!
Throw some other ideas out!!!

This on front:
(Just the emblem, not the green square around it)
..and our handles on the back.
That would look pretty sharp on khaki!

I am all for it. Is anyone accually working on this? I hope someone will take the ball and run with it. Maybe even email all of the members to get an idea of how many would be interested. I know some people will tell you, yea, I want one, but when it comes time to anty up they change their mind. I wouldn't want to see anyone have alot of money out of pocket that they couldn't recoup. Other than that I think it is a GREAT IDEA!

A pre pay plan would prevent this from happening!
Wouldnt it ???

If you want to keep the price of the hat affordable, you have to understand that the more you add in colors or the size of the logo (stitch count) adds to the price.
To have your handle added to the back would be another separate step. Keep the logo on the front and add "Waterfowling Southern Style" on the back.
What style hat do you want? Pick one solid color for summer, one solid for winter, and one camo.

Here is a logo that I designed for a cap, the stitch count is over 10m. Also the set-up charge is around 300.00

Webfoot, I'm kinda leaning toward the camo version!
Username or Fowlin Southern style ( on back ) , makes no difference to me!
I do like your logo !!!

I like the design that vicksburg had. I would really like that design on the front of the hat and under that, "southern style huntin" and then on the back have our handle. I wouldnt mind payin a little extra for this option, i mean come on guys i have seen ppl pay 20 dollars for a hat. I can speak for myself that i would have no problem with pre payin. Just tell me who to send my money to. For the color of the hat, maybe we should have a choice of different camos or plains, myself i would like a shadowgrass pattern if thats an option. whatever u guys decide just let me know

The reason I would like a plain color, preferably light color, is because summertime is upon us.
Has anyone decided who is going to get this together?
After that is decided then we can see how many hats are going to be purchased, and then what color, or colors are going to be purchased. I am all for the plain colored hats, with MSDucks.com embroidered on the front. That would be the cheapest and easiest way to get it done. Stitch count will stay low and the hats themselves will be a bit cheaper.
And it may just be me, but I really don't like wearing a camo hat everywhere I go, especially during the summer in MS.
But that is just my 2 cents
SBE
How about some tall square fronts with mesh all the way around the back.

Why not figure out the exact design first, then offer the cap in 3 different colors, summer, winter, and camo!
Then each may choose their favorite!
Although this may raise the cost due to logistics or complications!?!?
Maybe let the cap "maker" see what he can do on this one!
Might not be that big a deal getting them in 3 styles!!!
Personally, I wouldnt mind paying for a couple of hats. Its not like the proceeds aint goin to a good cause!!!

Make sure it's a good fitting hat though. I can't stand those that sit way up on your head. I bet you could get with the guys in West Point at Mossy Oak and maybe get some kind of a deal up. I have a camo Delta Waterfowl hat that fits real good that's a Mossy Oak brand. I've also noticed that they make regular solid colors too. Maybe we can get up with them and get some type of a discount or something.
What would you guys think about a real light khaki (slate) colored hat for summer, some type of green, either loden or olive for fall/winter, and shadowgrass for the camo? Any other suggestions? Those seem like pretty versatileand popular colors. Breakup would work either.
I like that MSDUCKS logo that was posted by Vicksburg! Slap it on the front and I'll order one! I don't think we should order the hats in bulk with the names on the back. I think we can all do that on our own. Maybe order one box with names on the back after everyone has PREPAID, then, order some extras with no name on the back for those who are new, that way we can buy them cheaper since we'll be getting more at once.
Can anyone on here do the hats or does someone need to take the torch and get it set up?
IF ya'll REALLY WANT TO GET EXPENSIVE, let's get waxed canvas hats! Just kidding!

Wouldnt be too smart to go to all this trouble, for a cheap hat that wont make it thru the hunting season!
I know all this makes the price climb, but come on,... we started at $10.00 for a hat. Then $15.00 for Micah to make a little money, What are we talking about now $20 or $25.
Offer it in a waxed canvas, Dont see anything wrong with that!!!
In fact, GREAT IDEA!!!
Dont stop now!.... keep em coming!

I'd buy one if they looked good! Wonder how many we'd have to order to get the "good rate"? Recon where you get those? Filson? McAllister? Anyone have any idea how to get that set up?
