+1 on this Adam,

Josh and Rusty are both great. They don't follow the main site but have a great program and really know how to scale things for your ability level.

Where is this place?

We used to work out at "Adams Place" Jackson Sports Medicine. Josh has rented another place off of County Line Road recently and I have not even been up there yet.

huntersmky wrote:+1 on this. same workout i do every week but swap your routines up each week. Example. say week 1 on chest do dumb bells but week two do the bar wieghts. keeps the muscles guessing and growing if you swap up exercises each week. you don't even have to do heavy weight. i started doing light weight with high repetitions and you can tell big time. i also start my workout everyday with twenty minutes of cardio.

Monday.....Chest
Tuesday....Back
Wednesday....Legs
Thursday....Shoulders and Traps
Friday.....Arms

Dependin on how many days you wanna work out during the week, you can mess around with what you work on each day....

When i get more time ill tell you what exercises i do on each day...

yea thats a great point....i never do the same workouts. its dumbells one week then barbells the next. i cant do cardio everyday or i will lose weight instead of gainin it. my @#$%&* metabolism is so fast that if i do to much i cant even keep anything on. but ive gotta do it for heart reasons, other wise, it wouldnt get done at all!!!

Josh and Rusty are both great guys with considerable knowledge. I have known Rusty for close to 20 years, you won't find a better guy. I heard the new place is nice, just haven't been up there yet. I think it is around Shapleys off of Countyline behind Centre Park

i have done P90X and it is the best workout i have done. it trims you down and gets you into great shape. its tough, but after the first 3 weeks you start to get used to it.

Did you follow the diet and do the exercises or just do the work out?

P90X definitley works but you have to be real committed. I did it back in the fall for a change of pace.
