I have been thinking about it myself, but haven't quite got motivated. I am way down to about a pinch in the morning before work and one after supper, they maybe an hour a piece but hay its progress.

I am a little over 5 months. I still crave one form time to time but nothing like i used to. the worse is after a big ol meal like sunday dinner at Moms. Man that is when a good one will hit. But I am glad i quit. Saved a lot of money and hopefully my mouth. I made up my mind and trew it out. It took a lot of prayer and a lot of seeds. When ever the urge hits i say a prayer and pray until it passes. Just what works for me. Stick with it.

8 months in and no snuff or cigarettes. Worst part thus far was when me dog got killed. I would have ripped the paper of the end of a carton and lit them at the same time I could have gotten my hands on them.

No regrets so far though.

Hang in there. It gets easier every day.

Guys day 3 here for me. I "quit" dipping snuff two summers ago for several months; then went duck hunting with faithful retrievers one morning and have been dipping ever since. I've gone three days today without one (which is a big deal to me I usually dip a can a day). Someone elaborate on this Chantex....
The anger comment kind of has me a little worried.

seriously contemplated grabbing a bag of chew today... still haven't had one but dang some days are killers... i know it would just start out as one and continue on, but ONE sure would be good... my eyes would prolly roll back in my head.
