"Lets set the record straight right now. It was not my fault that your buddy- Roe Wall of Clinton- broke the rules of my club at Raymond back in 2007-08. Rules that he signed an agreement not to break. But he was a man about it. He paid his fine and moved on. On the other hand, you have never let it go- even though it did not involve you in the first place, even though I did not fine Roe for not shooting the doe he was required to shoot by club rules and even though I gave him a break on the fine for the illegal buck he shot by hiring him to do a skull mount for me. You and your brother even wanted to argue about the age of the buck Roe Wall killed even though two different wildlife biologists aged that buck at 2.5 years old. "
You are a con-artist and nothing more LOGAN RUSSELL! It's hard to shoot a doe when you can't even see one moron. Roe shoots an obvious cull, that you, LOGAN RUSSELL, encouraged every member to do, then, like a sorry con-man would do, you fine him. Yea, you offered to allow Roe to do a skull mount of a 6 point you shot to take $250 off the $500 fine, but that's not the end of the story. Like a sorry POS would do, you get the mount from Roe then say it's not up to your standards and DEMAND the full $500 anyway. When Roe questioned what you were doing you sent him a text saying he needs to pay up immedietly or you would take him to SMALL CLAIMS COURT!!! I'm not joking people, this is how he operates, just like a con-man....not only did he want the bogus fine of $500, he figured out a way to get a free mount out of the deal. In the end Roe paid $250 like you two agreed upon, and you accepted, probably because you thought a beating would ensue, but the fact is, you tried to con him out of the full amount....the deer was a cull, over 200 lb. 7pt, with one brow missing, not broke, just mssing, as in it wasn't gonna magically grow a brow one day, had very short tines and short main beams. He wasn't a young deer, I saw it for myself. You just saw an opportunity to con some money out of a nice guy and jumped at the chance. This is after you broke a disc Roe allowed you to use for a work day(which was mine), and not only did you not apologize or offer to fix it, you just said it was piece of crap disc. Funny how that disc has been used for 4 straight years without a problem, then you have it for an hour and break it.
It sucks that you basically just revealed that your paramedic friend broke every HIPPA rule set in place. Hopefully he doesn't lose his job over it. Thanks trey for pointing that out. You are the only person that has ever gotten this con-man to shut up.
Once again, I warn anyone interested in any lease this con-man has available to think long and hard before you get into an agreement with this person.

I'm expecting the annual PM I get asking me to make y'all quit picking on him. After some of what I've read going on here I believe I'm just going to have to let the man stand up for himself. Someone pointed out in another thread that when a particular thing happens over and over and over and over it's called a pattern, not a fluke. This has been happening every year, it's time for him to either defend himself, and set the record straight, or own up to what has been stated (and set the record striaght). Either way, it's time we put this issue to bed. I'll give him 48 hours to respond or I'll lock this thread and delete the Battle of Raymond hunting club ad in the hunting club thread. If he doesn't respond we have no choice but believe the accusations against him are true. I'm relatively certain Micah doesn't want to have any part of a crooked scam and thus deletion of the ad and locking of this thread will be justified.
Just for the record, it's HIPAA not HIPPA (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act)

Man, I just find out about this thread and Hammer disappears. I got my popcorn ready and everything and the show's already over. Just my luck. This was so entertaining too.

Logan is a control freak, plain and simple. He is the type of person who doesn't know how to get along with people and needs to hunt by himself. The only exceptions to his rules are when he makes mistakes or wants to change something. Someone who hasn't seen his rule book before could not possibly understand. You have to carry a copy with you to know where you can hunt on what days. At one time you could only bow hunt on certain days and in certain areas, but I believe now you can't bow hunt at all. He will argue and get angry with you if you hunt a stand that he doesn't think the wind is right for. You can put out a camera, if you tell him exactly where it is. You can only check the camera on certain days and up until a certain time of year. He'll kick you out of the camp if you don't show him your pictures or tell you about a good deer. He makes you log every animal you see in a log book. No turkey hunting allowed…except for him. If you see a big buck while hunting, you have to tell him about it. He won't even let you scout the place. Basically all you can do at this place is hunt from field edges....if the wind is right....and if he's approved your stand location....and you are there an hour before day light with your scent blocker suit on, have taken a shower in scent free soap, have sprayed your self down scent cover, and not ridden to camp wearing your hunting boots.........and if he hasn't already decided to go to the place you wanted to go first....
Obviously if you don't agree with his rules, then you wouldn't want to join the camp. I made a mistake thinking I could deal with it and still enjoy it because it was close to home. Biggest mistake i've ever made in regards to hunting.

I find this far more interesting than 3,000 ducks. I think I am in the wrong buisness. I read on another site about a guy paying $200 for a dove hunt and shot one dove with no eats or drinks provided and was satisfied. Then you read about 70 acres for lease for $2000. I can lease stuff in Pike County, IL for cheaper/acre than that. I think I need to quit optometry and go into guiding only thing I've already done that I don't like it.

I posted his rules on here last year and he threatened to sue me because they were a copyright for his club only. I am not sure why this guy keeps coming to this site because he gets hung by the testicals on nearly every post he makes. i've talked to him on the phone twice and thought he was an ok guy but you can tell that rules to his clubs don't apply to him and that he an arrogant know it all @sshole. The rules were a total crock of chit. not scouting before season, tell him where your cameras were, same thing remington listed ect. Not a fun club if you ask me. The fun part is scouting, putting up stands, and enjoying the outdoors and what the club has to offer. To each his own and its like T Logan told me, if you don't like my rules then don't join my club.

If this Hammer cat can get folks to sign up for his hunting camp with all those rules with $500 fines, he must have a major in business, minor in psych and be related to ole salesman Zig Ziggler. I've never owned a trail cam, but having to show him your pics would've turned me away before I ever got to the rules about no stopping for a biscuit on the way to the woods. How does this ra-tard get folks to sign to these rules?
