Being iI want to visit friends while I am down there I am coming down Thursday. I hope to be at the Qual and visit until I have to meet my co-judge to set up our tests for Saturday. I want to wish all handlers good luck and hope all have success with their dogs. I grew up in Flora and hope to see my childhood friends on Thursday and my "Dawg: friends on Friday.....Otey Brabston

Wish I was still going. My girl came in heat this weekend so I had to scratch her. Same to, she is looking good.

I wonder if a Quad has ever been thrown in a Q? Maybe with and out of order retried flyer. Or an interupted double with a blind and retire both guns?

Just got home a little while ago. Sure enjoyed putting some real faces to the names I see from time to time. I enjoyed myself...food was really good and the marshalls, shooters, birdboys, blind planters were excellent! Thank you.

You guys know how to treat your judges, great accomodations and good eats all weekend! A big thank you to all the folks that worked the Q, We only had one no bird all weekend even with a few "special" throwers (no bird was on the flyer)

Also, you guys have a good one in Steven Masley, he worked his booty off all weekend, (it was like herding cats at somepoints) I don't think I saw him sit down one time all weekend.

It's nice to see a club with many dedicated members willing to do what it takes to make it a pleasent weekend for judges and contestants. Looking forward to the fall trial.

+1 on the club. Everyone was busting booty from Friday morning to Sunday afternoon. Great crew and fun to hang with.

Whew finally got home at 1PM today. Hit storms at east side of Memphis so I just stopped and holed up. I sure had a good time down "home". I really enjoyed seeing some good dog work and a club that the members really helped out. I would have liked to borrowed a e collar for our bird boys for a while at Senior Sunday morning..........LOL. I can't say enough about how well I was treated Puts a refresher on what "Southern Hospitality" means to a yankee transplant........LOL. Was nice to put faces with names of people I know on the net ..........THANKS to all:):)

Thanks for coming to judge us Otey! It was great to meet you even though you had to run a daycare on sunday for those birdboys but they tightened up after awhile. Great test! Hope to meet you again sometime!

Had a great weekend. Nice to put a few new faces with the names. Got to meet O'tey and Skinny James... figured Skinny would a weighed a little more That 10 week old pup you got O'tey is a nice one. Congrats to all who got passes and to those who qualified for the Master National, and to Art for putting the first AKC tile on an American Water Spaniel.

Also, if anyone from Jr. is missing a duck call, please let me know. One of the BB accidentally got it out of a truck parked near the line thinking it was the judge's truck. Good thing its an inexpensive call.

That AWS is a nice little dog. Really enjoyed watching him work. Proud to have been a judge on his title run on Sunday. I had seen one running at Big D's HRC test many years ago, but haven't seen another one since. Hope to see more going forward. Even though I am a Lab person myself, I really love to watch the other breeds running in the tests.

Sorry we didn't get to meet each other Vicki. Seems we were always busy....
