Probably the exact ones I've been seeing. I had to take a double take the first time. It's been too dark to get a good picture.

will this highwater knock out the turkey population completely? I know there was a bad hatch the last 2 years on the river.

A late flood is especially hard on turkeys and as long as this one is predicted to hang around it is going to be detrimental to the adult birds. As we all know they are stubborn and hard headed and don't like to leave their spring and summertime range.... They will stay in the trees till they starve to death and fall to the water. An early flood they can still feed on buds but turkeys don't eat leaves.... Gonna be bad

This is going to be a disaster on so many levels.
the price of hunting may be affordable again around the MS River. (won't be much to hunt)

Does anyone know if eagle bend road close to hwy 3 will be flooded? Alos what elevation is eagle bend road at hwy 3?
