Did not see the elimination game, but they for sure did not show the discipline at the plate in the first game of the CWS that they had shown while playing LSU. They swung often at balls out of the strike zone, nothing like what they did vs. Tigers.

That was horrible. I don't know what caused that melt down but it was not fun to watch.

The play of the game was a 3-1 count foul ball bunt on ball 4 in the bottom of the ninth with no outs and runners on 1st and 2nd. The pitcher had yet to throw a strike, and I would have had him take that pitch. He ended up getting the bunt down on 3-2, but should have walked on the previous pitch as it was out of the zone. That cost them the tie and probably the win. From what I saw it was some unlucky catches on balls hit hard and poor coaching that led to Florid's early exit...
