Alienation of affection, you can ask Mr. Ebbers on that one.
You see his wife flew down to break the news to him on new hubbys PJ (private jet) at the correction center. See Bum things work there way out and some women just have a pattern as this that will break a man before you break them.

Man I know for kids sake working out sounds good but long run what does your gut tell you? Will a clean break early be easier than years down the road? I don't know you or your situation personally an unfortunatly sounds like you have to do some soul searching. See it seems that us that have not been in your exact shoes can say things other than take the high road, but the ones that have been in your shoes would be the ones I would be leaning on and weighing out the options of how it turned out for them. Personally from seeing some of my buddies go through this the man has the short end of the stick legally regardless unless you have built some strong evidence. I am sure your connections if you decide to take the legal side I am sure you will be fine. Stay strong man.

Hey Bum,
Here's your problem. If they work together you can forget working it out since they see each other all day. One of them has to quit. It's just to tempting. You could prolly make that happen by threating to tell her boss or his wife for that matter. They don't have a snowballs chance in hell making that work out if he's married and has kids. when it gets down to the licklog, he won't leave his wife and your wife will have ruined hers. Get them separated if you want to work it out.

Friend of mine did this and won. He was on CNN and Paul Harvey. I think he was the first to do this and win. I think Bankerman has the best response. He made your life hell might as well make his. TELL HI BOSS!

my brothers attourny told him that if he were to get back in the sack with his wife then it would justify him taking her back and wipe away the affair in court. meaning that he/ she couldnt receive alamony(sp). does any one know if this is true. just something to think about bum. i would def lawyer up and be prepaired for ever she can throw at you

Hire yourselfa PI, get some of this stuff on video and document everything. I know a man that gets a great alamony check every month because his wife was screwing around.

Man I hate to sound negative but there is probley NO going back to the happy family stage.....You cant trust her. You may say that you will forgive her and even try your hardest to forgive. You may get back togather and things will seem fine for awhile, but it will all come to the surface again and you will have to go through all this pain again and again. Its like self punishment. Deal with the pain now and end it.
